  Excellent service. Bob was on-time and prepared with all the right equipment to conduct the dryer repair. He was professional and came with a mask and shoe covers. He showed me the problem with my dryer and what he did to repair it. Payment was great because I could use apple pay. Repair complete and dryer working perfectly. Highly recommend.

  The guys were really good they were fast they were responsive they came out on a Saturday afternoon to fix a four-year-old GE dishwasher with a bad control board. It was great that they were able to come out so fast. The gentleman told me that within 1 to 2 days of ordering the part it should be here. The only issue I had was when I called to follow up I had to keep following up daily with dispatch until part came in and job was done 5 days later. Update: 5 stars because they came back out to fix the machine again due to the connection to the control board also being an issue.Would definitely use them again.

  I've used Fuse before for dryer repair, and they provided excellent service. I had the same very positive experience with their work when my AC broke. The job was challenging due to the old age of my unit and the lack of parts identical to what the original unit had. Alan was excellent - he diagnosed the problem, found compatible parts for my unit, worked a 12-hour day to get the AC up and running, and took the time to verify that the unit was working correctly. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
