Jeff came out to our house back in September to discuss heat pumps and provide an estimate, and was so informative and professional that I called again this week when our furnace suddenly wasn't working. Lisa and her dispatcher rearranged their schedule to help me get same day service and I was pleasantly surprised when Jeff showed up again. His ability to methodically and quickly diagnose what was wrong was once again very impressive. I figure he probably saved us hundreds of dollars in unneeded parts and repairs. When you find a company this good and honest, you just have to tell others about them. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND FURNACE WORLD!!

Mike came out way before scheduled, he was amazing and worked quickly to repair the heating system. Mike was very nice and communicated well what needed to be fixed and how much it would cost. They are also very affordable. I will be using them as my go to heating and air repair company.

Starting with setting the appointment, Steve was very engaged and professional in setting up an appointment. Zack was assigned to service my HVAC systems. He called ahead of time to make sure I know he is coming. Very professional , respectful of the property and explained everything that we needed to know . Great experience.
