My Mom’s heat went out on the coldest night of the year. After calling a couple of heating and air companies that did not return my calls. I called Fulford. They responded quickly and within a few hours a technician was on site. Mathew the technician did a great job and had the heat running before the evening.

We highly recommend Fulford Heating and Cooling! From the first contact we had with them, on a holiday weekend, we were given superior service. We were offered service that weekend, but declined, due to the holiday. But there was a tech (Matt) at our house on Monday, who was knowledgeable and professional. After putting bandaids on an old system for 3yrs with other companies, we were given the choice repair or replace. A member of their sales team, Jeff Melton, was at our house that night. He too was knowledgeable, friendly, and refreshingly not pushy. By Wednesday, we had an installation team at our home first thing in the morning and a new system in place. The service this company gave us, from beginning diagnosis to installation was above and beyond any service given in the Hampstead area! We are very happy with Fulford Heating and Cooling!!

Heat stopped working over the weekend and they were able to come out and get the heat going. The following week when they called to give me the estimate for the repair I decided to replace the system. They did a great job and were timely replacing the system
