  I had the pleasure of working with Ryan Faulkner. Very pleasant, courteous, dependable young man. Even had his 15 year old son working with him learning a trade! Ryan was here when he said he would be here and kept me and my wife in the loop for any kind of issue that came up. Excellent work and very professional. Great value for the AC unit we bought, and he explained exactly how everything in the new unit worked. I would whole-heartedly recommend FRM Air Conditioning to anyone who needs repair or replacement. Service was excellent.

  I spoke with Ryan this morning regarding an AC that was not working properly, he stated he would be out this afternoon,’would call prior to arriving and call with an estimate. Ryan did all that was promised and was very professional and reasonably priced for the work done. After speaking with him later this afternoon we will be utilizing his services moving forward for all our heating and AC needs. Highly recommend.

  Ryan installed my home HVAC system about 2.5 years ago, and it's been working excellent ever since then; I recently had him come by and do the maintenance on the system, and as always, his service was top-notch. I didn't have a chance to give him a glowing review back then, but I am now. I've lived in Starke my whole life, and have used every residential AC company in this town for the last 35 years of home ownership, and I can honestly say that Ryan and FRM has been the most efficient, responsive, affordable, professional and genuinely experienced of all of the companies that I have used. He's always been an honest, stand-up kind of person that I am proud to recommend to anyone and everyone who needs this type of work performed; his professionalism, courtesy and genuine good manners (not to mention his work and skills) put him at the top of my list, and he will continue to be my go-to AC man...you can't go wrong with Ryan.
