I contracted this company to replace my 2 heat and ac units. I had to settle for less efficiency because they said they couldn’t get the units I wanted. They were supposed to make my cold air returns larger for the new units to operate properly. They did not complete this work. They were supposed to come back and at the very least replace my vent covers. We had an appointment to fix. Joe didn’t show up. Now Joe won’t respond to my messages. I would not recommend this company to anyone.They don’t complete the job and I am very sorry I used them

I hired Frijidair to replace my two AC units last Spring. Saved a few thousand over the other two Quotes I got. They had to service a heater in the winter from the new system, but warrantied the issue and were responsive and professional. Frijidair is a trustworthy and reliable company with competent and friendly installers.

In August, 2020, when we were in a record-breaking heat wave of 118+ temperatures, my fan motor went out and I called Joe who advised me he would be out the next morning. When he still hadn't come by that afternoon, after numerous phone calls he told me he was too busy to come out until the following week. 118+ temperatures are not livable and I called a local contractor, copy attached, who came out that same day and repaired the unit. I had to pay cash as he is not affiliated with Frigidaire, and Joe advised me he would talk to the contractor and assist me with a warranty claim. After several weeks of calling and texting Joe, he finally told me that he was not assisting any more with the claim and it would be processed by Frigidaire. Since that time I and my wife have attempted to call him, left messages, texted, monthly, weekly and daily, dozens and dozens of calls, asking him for a copy of our receipt and information as to the status of the warranty or information that would allow me to submit the claim myself.
