  My feedback goes back to Frigi Temp's time in doing residential service. Back in July 2015 I called Frigi Temp to replace my HVAC and relay system. The process was initially fine but now, not quite 4 years later I have had to replace the blower motor, capacitor, and because of their inadequate installation of a new Zone Board, I had to have an additional transformer installed. All of which have cost me over $1000. When I called to see what they would be willing to do, I was essentially told "Sorry, but we don't do residential anymore". In other words, Sorry about your luck, but it ain't our problem. I was hoping to hear, let's see what we can do to make this right since we sold you a system that wasn't quite up to our standards. Honestly, anything other than just hearing, 'too bad', would have been better. Unfortunately that did not happen. Hopefully their commercial business has a little more professional quality. I really try to be as understanding as a consumer can be, giving techs and companies the benefit of the doubt when things don't go according to plan, but essentially, this is a case of Frigi Temp washing their hands of work and products they were directly responsible for.

  Please keep this review in mind before scheduling an appointment with this company. In my opinion they just wanted to keep coming out so they could keep charging my employer! I would give zero stars if possible. My place of employment recently had a HUGE AC problem. Water was leaking from the ceiling and causing some major issues. We called Frigi-Temp to come and do the repair. They came 3 times and each time they either said there was nothing wrong (which clearly wasn't the case because there was water everywhere) or that it was being caused by something unrelated to the AC system. I am in no way certified to work on HVAC systems and even I knew the issue was the AC. My employer then called another repair company called Todd's Heating and Cooling and Marcus came out. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and low and be hold it was the AC. The main drain line was clogged and the sensor for the secondary drain was not functioning properly. It wasn't connected correctly to be exact. Frigi-Temp has been out no less than 4 times in the last 6 months and never caught this and even went as far to try to blame it on something else. I don't know what they charged my employer, but I am sure it wasn't cheap. How can you have a HVAC company and not be able to diagnose something as simple as a clogged line? However, I will say that the tecs that came out were super friendly and well spoken for what its worth. Bottom line: Do not use this company if you want your system repaired. They will not do it, blame the problem on something unrelated and then charge you an arm and a leg!
