We had central heating and air installed along with Will was the representative that I talked to about the installation and he was very professional and knowledgeable and was really great Rics team came out and installed the new AC system and they were very professional and help explain everything to me. Our water heater gave out the next day found out it was over 20 years old and Will was able to get us a new water heater installed the next day since we didn't have hot water. The gentleman that came out at 4-22-22 was on time professional and was very happy with the install. I am so thankful I went with your company and will continue to be a customer with your business in the future thank you so much

I highly recommend this business! They’re always on the ball when it comes to keeping your heating and air conditioning on tip top shape with the changing seasons. Their technicians are highly trained. We had Jason DeMarco for our summer checkup and he was highly skilled, very friendly, respectful of property and positively customer focused! Jason DeMarco (#720)came to inspect and service my new Lennox furnace installed and well-maintained by Freschi. I had a glitch a few months ago and Jason made his first visit at that time. It was great to see a friendly(and safely masked) face who was knowledgeable about my system and remembered the early service call. All was well and he even showed me where the filters were in the system!
