  Great HVAC option. Phillip definitely knows what he is doing. He informed us of possible repairs and provided us with a honest quote. I would also trust him in my house when I am not there. Freezin Flames is my choice in repairs and installation of my HVAC system! Their prices are very competitive. The quality of work excels over the competition.   I can't say enough how good this company is. They always find a way to come through. We have used them for everything from major install to "HELP THE HEAT IS OUT!" and they always comes through. And of course they are friendly, know their business, and coordinate with everyone like permits and electricians. Look no further than Freezin Flames!

  Had an issue with the heat pump, he came out and said it was the reversing valve. 2 weeks later he finally shows up with a new one and installs it. Nothing changed, we still had no heat. Cost $800 . Tried to get him to return to see if he could do something else and he said we just needed a new compressor or a new heat pump. He should have know that the first trip when he put his gauges on it. Refused to return, his wife said he didnt have time for us to contact someone else. Just seems like we got screwed out of $800 for nothing. Called another repair man, he found and corrected the problem for $130, will not go back to Freezen Flame
