  The lady that answers phones needs a class on customer service. She argued with me for complaining about waiting 2 months for a water heater replacement. she said it had only been 1 month. No it was 2 months lady! I called every week trying to get the work done. I will never go to free and sons again and recommend no one go there ever. They also installed a 40 gallon when i needed and was quoted for a 50 gallon. My wife immediately called and was also met with argument from the receptionist. She gave a bogus excuse for the reason why they couldn’t install a 50 gallon. Fire that lady and maybe you’re business won’t suffer.
