  We contacted Fredrick back in August 2021 to replace our thermostat and fix the bracket for the furnace filter. After the initial visit they were supposed to call us back and set up another appointment to do the work after they got the material needed. That call didn’t come. I called off and on for over a month, talking with the owner, leaving several messages with the answering service and never getting a response. If the job was something the company didn’t want to take time to do, they could have just said so,and we would and have found some one else. This company came recommended to us, and we tried to stay local. Can’t really review the work, when it was never done.

  Great service, great employees, affordable. Always takes the worries out of problems. So far has put in a water softener, new water heater, fixed outside faucets, put in two new toilets, put in heating vents in the basement, and is now getting ready to put in a new furnace and air conditioner with zoning. Will always turn to them for all our heating, air, and electrical work.
