  Marie was on time, explained what she was doing every step of the way. Answered any questions I had and was very quick at fixing my refrigerator issue! Will definitely be using them again! Thanks!

  I have an ancient (probably early 60's) AC unit. It started making loud noises one evening and the next day I went looking for someone to fix it. Everyone told me I'd have to be put on a waiting list or just flat out said they were too busy and were prioritizing previous customers. I was also worried that I'd ask for a repairman and end up with a salesman disguised as a repair man. I called Fred at 10 and the house was cooled down by 11:30. The issue was a capacitor and the total bill was just $100! He's honest, didn't try to sell me something I don't need and can't afford right now, and responsive. When this ancient unit needs more work, or it's finally time to have it replaced I'd definitely call Fred first.
