  The fuel's expensive. They had to install an outdoor tank because they allegedly couldn't service the tank in the basement. They installed the tank incorrectly and had to come out to repair it... and tried to charge me for that. Also, highly unwilling to negotiate - I have a balance with them I'll be paying in full next week. I am nearly out of fuel, and there's no wiggle room for a partial payment - it's all or nothing. They're willing to let me go w/o heat in service of that all-or-nothing mentality. I'll be looking elsewhere for fuel.

  Extremely pleased with the expertise, knowledge and courtesy of Austin and the whole crew on the difficult installation of new system. I would recommend them to all. Thank you guys for a job well done.

  I gave this one star, as I think you have to put one in. This company charged me $1822.00to put in my own fuel tank,after telling me it would be $750.00, when I called them to complain, they agreed to reimburse me for 600.00 which they have not done. They also charged me $983.68 to put in a propane tank, that I was renting. There was a propane tank there before I bought this house 3 months earlier. I read the previous reviews of this company, but I didn't listen. I'm so disappointed in this company, and want to try to warn others about this. On line, theist of top 10 fuel companies in this area, does not include them. Now I know why. Just be very careful, if you want them to work for youASK FOR ALL ESTIMATES IN WRITING, AND CHECK AROUND. Really regret that I didn't.
