  Fred came by when he said he would, he was very professional and found the issue quickly. He gave me a reasonable price for his services rendered.   Called late in the day, showed up quickly, about 1 hr. Later. Figured out the problem with our Air Conditioning system and fixed it promptly. He did charge a fair price for his knowledge and skills. I would definitely call him again.
