  Very rarely I feel that a service earns my 5-Star rating, today Fras-Air particularly Mr. Don Nusbaum and Ms. Christina LaStella earned the rating. Together their teamwork provided me with a customer experience that I felt compelled to write about. After two service calls relative to a gas leak I was required to call in the propane company and incurred their additional charge for service in fixing the propane leak. Called Fras-Air and spoke with Ms. LaStella and Mr. Nusbaum, I explained to them what had occurred, they agreed to pay for the extra cost without any argument. Now, this is how putting the customer first should work. Thanks.
