  I would give more than 5 stats if given the option. Jodi and Johnny are amazing. Hands down best price in town. Family owned business that really cares about their customers. Will recommend to everyone.

  As a Realtor, I have recommended Franklins HVAC numerous times to my customers and have always received thanks after the work was done. I have also had them out to my own house and been completely satisfied. If you are looking for an honest and professional company that will treat you right, you fond it.

  I found Franklin's HVAC by googling "thermostat repair" when my thermostat went out a few weeks before Christmas. Franklin's was the second place I called, but the first one that responded (I had waited a few hours after leaving a message with another company, but Franklin's responded to my request within 15 minutes, and had someone on site to fix my thermostat the same day) The technician who helped me was Johnny. He was courteous, experienced, upfront, and honest. He gave me a very reasonable price for what I consider high quality work, backed by a warranty, and I was very happy with it. It was a quick and hassle-free experience. I even called Johnny back a month later to fix a problem with the efficiency of the HVAC unit itself, since I was so pleased with his work on the thermostat. He did excellent work on that occasion as well. Johnny and his wife Jodi both seem genuinely interested in providing the highest quality service possible. Working with them was a pleasure that gave me peace of mind. When hiring them I feel like I know 1) the work will be well done, and 2) my money will be well spent. I highly recommend their service.
