  Franklin to the rescue!!! We had been waiting on our contractor (building addition to home) to get a new HVAC installed as a part of the project for months. I was tired of being given the run around and fired him from that part of the job and contacted Franklin Heat & Air per my fathers recommendation. Zach was super quick to get in touch and offer an estimate. Once I decided to move forward with them, we had the install scheduled in a week (vs 6 months of nothing with contractor). When install day came they were at my home exactly when they said they would be and worked hard, long hours until it was done. Steven and his team really amazed me with their professionalism and commitment to quality work while also expediting as best they could. After the install, Wes and Victoria even contacted me to help with local rebates/credits available to me! This team has renewed my faith that excellent quality, customer service, and professionalism does exist in my area, especially after an otherwise nightmarish home addition project (that's a story for a different day). Franklin has a life long customer in me now!

  Zack arrived yesterday on time and assessed our system to see about making it quieter and possibly moving to another location. He was honest and said it would be extremely difficult to move it. Gave pointers on helping to make it quieter . After he inspected the thermostat it was discovered it was wired improperly. So a tech (Demetrio) was sent out today and after looking at our system it was a two stage system that was wired and installed improperly. We had only lived here for a little over a year. Excellent customer service and pricing! Will call again!

  Very easy to work with! They came out to assess the work at my home in NWA, provided a free estimate and once I decided to move forward they contacted me to schedule a time to come out and complete job. They were very professional, friendly, and did excellent work - once they were done they cleaned up and the invoice matched the estimate provided to the penny. Will be using Franklin Heating & air again for all my HVAC needs!
