      We had Frank's install a complete, new heating and air system. The install team was professional, knowledgeable and made this a seamless transition for us. I also want to give a shout out to Ivan who came to our house to fix something after the fact and did a fabulous job! Both times the teams completely cleaned up-you couldn't even tell they had been there. Amazing! We are very satisfied so far. We had previously had Franks for several years doing maintenance on our system. We would highly recommend!

      I was a long time customer of Frank's Heating since 2006 and they have in the past been good at providing quality maintenance which I had with them every year until recently. The heating system was not working and Frank's was going to take 2 days to come check it out. I understand that you are busy but to have the housing freezing for 2 days. Also, after calling another company to check, it was found the burner assembly was bad from before. I pay an annual maintenance, you would think these would be checked. I own a number of homes and always had heating companies check everything as pat of the maintenance contract. On top of it, the lady that picked up the phone was ready to drop a long time customer and said it would be better to go with another company than them. Amazing to see a how a company would care less to keep a relationship and that a long term customer. It is ok there are lot of other heating companies around.

      We received a call from your tenant on your South Grafton property on December 8th and set up an appointment for the next day December 9th. We were already overbooked for December 8th as we had hit the first freeze of the year. We called you at 4:00pm (EST, not your time in Texas) on the 8th to confirm the appointment and provide the 2 hour window for the next day. You indicated that you got someone to come out already. You were angry and would not listen to reason as to the need to schedule appointments in the order received and that our techs can only work so many hours in a day. As to the burner issue, for your last maintenance in October of 2020, your report noted that the burners were dirty. They were brushed off and would have been checked again on your maintenance this year which was scheduled for next week. Annual maintenances cannot anticipate exactly when older furnace parts will break; the goal is to keep the equipment in the best shape possible to last as long as possible. We do apologize for any perceived attitude during the phone calls but we were not able to accommodate your immediate need and would not promise what we could not deliver. You were not able to understand the needs of others and we could not change the facts of the situation to meet your need. We thank you for your years as a customer and are happy that you have found a company that could meet your needs.

      I had 3 split AC systems installed in my home by Frank's. Mike was responsive and quick with the quote, even in these crazy busy COVID times. The two gentlemen that showed up to install were hardworking, professional, and very skilled. A couple years ago Frank's replaced my boiler as well and the job was equally as good. The company has been around for many, many years because they provide stellar service.
