  The guys from Franey came and took care of a maddening water leak in our heating system that had sent a LOT of water onto our basement floor! We'd been mopping up for a day and were so glad they could repair it in the midst of that huge snow we had. Great work, guys! TY!

  We had an AC preventive maintenance scheduled on a Friday morning. The owner called me at 8:30AM and explained that the tech who was scheduled had a med emergency - would have to be postponed. The scheduler made a special trip on Saturday into the office to look at the schedule and set up a time on Monday. The tech who came out was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Didn't try to sell us anything - just did what was needed to maintain the system and test it to insure it is working properly.The charge was reasonable. Would highly recommend this company..

  Hey, you will not find a better HVAC contractor in Massachusetts. They helped service my boat, and my house. Also ready to help in emergency record time, and polite to a fault.
