Eric, and his Team at FoxFire are Amazing! Best customer service in Western North Carolina Mountains. I had a heating problem after the last winter storm that went through last week. I Called FoxFire yesterday, left a message. Received a quick return call (Amazing-someone returned the call-LOL). Scheduled a service call for today with a 2 hour window - not all day sit, wait, and hope they show. Again, exceeded expectations !(Amazing - Eric came out to my home and he was early !!!!). Eric, checked the system and found the problem. It was a simple fix with the Thermostat. Eric called me, explained what the problem was, and what it takes to fix it. The price of the service call was clearly quoted and was very fair. Eric also took the time to explain a maintenance program that they offer as well as other services they do. All in all 10 out of 10, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, QUALITY REPAIR, FAIRLY PRICED. I recommend doing business with FoxFire Heating & Cooling. Great Job! Thank you

I had no heat on a cold morning. The furnace was not responding at all. FoxFire was not my first call, but it is the only one I am calling in the future. I had a tech come out that day! Casey was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Found the problem and had to order parts. He left us with a powerful space heater for the night. The next morning he was out with the part and fixed it. I would highly recommend FoxFire to anyone needing heating and air conditioning help.

Casey, Jess and Rick were very professional in going about the task of installing my ductless Split system. They were very knowledgeable and went about their work in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the experience and also want to thank their manager, Jake who kept me informed about scheduling and what to expect next. It was a pleasant ending to a long saga of trying to get this project done.
