  Barry actually called me as a courtesy, to tell me that he was on his way. Who does that anymore? I was pleased, as you like to have your expectations set rather than rely on the 2 hour window that was given. Barry also explains everything that he encounters. And told me that I can text or call him should I have any questions or concerns. THIS is beyond what I expected. I will continue to use Four Star for my HVAC needs!

  This was the best company we have worked with since we moved to Myrtle Beach almost a year ago. Their communication and customer service were top notch and Barry was fantastic. He did what needed to be done and kept me informed the whole time so I would know what to do in the future. He also paid extra attention to keeping things clean. We would highly recommend them.

  A/C developed a leak and a major component had to be replaced. Part was not in stock and had to be ordered and took 2 days to be delivered. Technician Chris couldn't apologize enough for the delay and came in on his day off to fix the unit. Have used Four Star for 5 years for both HVAC and plumbing issues and have always been satisfied with their work.
