  Although we placed at least three telephone calls to Four Star Fabricators and left messages with each call none were ever responded to. We then called Lake Air who responded immediately and fixed the problem.

  They are selling junk unit. Our brand new AC stopped working from day one and 4 times within 12 months. Very rude and unprofessional! The manager, Steve is a jerk and the other staff is unhelpful and reprimanding instead of apologetic for the inconvenience that we are going through. The manager told us he has seen malfunctioning units among new ones all the time. Wouldn’t use them. Stay away from the store.

  This is an amazing HVAC company. They are honest,trustworthy, and experienced. They approach every job with punctuality and professionalism. I recommend them to everyone that asks me about heating and air conditioning.
