Called to have our ducts looked at for cleaning.  Zack Ford was professional and explained everything to me clearly.  He went above and beyond to make sure we had no issues that needed attention.  He was also very informative and knowledgeable.

My old ac system went out.  I called Foster’s the next day and they responded immediately because of my medical needs.  They were backed up due to recent hurricanes and Covid affecting shipping.  In the meantime they installed 2 window units to help cool my home.  They came to make installation of new inside/outside units a day earlier than scheduled and completed all work in one day. Staff very knowledgeable, polite, and  willing to answer my questions. I would refer Foster’s to anyone in need of any and all ac/heating issues.

This is the BEST Heating/Air Conditioning company on the Gulf Coast! The leadership of this company is simply AMAZING. This company is made up of Godly people with high integrity "in all positions" that truly believes in customer satisfaction.

Had a problem with 2 central air and heat units at my home. They came out promptly and fixed them. One unit still did not work properly so they came back and repaired it as soon as I let them know.
I was not happy that I was charged a service call fee twice (because it was 2 units) even though they were at the same address, in the same house. I was misquoted pricing about the service fees when I arranged the appt. Apparently, as it was explained to me later,  whoever I spoke to was new and misinformed. This would have been a 5 star rating if it weren't for all of that.
In the end it all worked out and I will call them for future needs as they seem to to good work.

This is an unusual review in that Foster's did not service our air vents. We scheduled a duct cleaning just as a matter of maintenance. The serviceman arrived on time and was very courteous. More than that, he said that our ducts were fine and did not need servicing. A lesser company would have cleaned the vents anyway. The fact that Foster's showed this level of professionalism has made me want to use their business when a real need arises.

I highly recommend this company.  They were steady working all day to get my unit and duct work installed.  My father owned an A/C company at one time, so I know a little about the installation process.  This was definitely a very clean look.  They went above and beyond.  I work from home and they never interrupted me.

We have been with Foster’s for 5 or more years. We use their maintenance service because it is reasonably priced and Mike Foster’s employees are top notch and trustworthy. We have used Foster’s for other things such as buying a high SEER A/C unit from them, and having them balance our airflow and do other things. After spending a good amount of money to have the airflow balanced, it did not do the trick like we hoped. Mike Foster came to see what our problems were. Because it had been several years and we were still trying to solve the problem, he came up with a solution and had a couple of his technicians take care of the problem, which took a good day. We were not charged any further. Foster’s is a great company to do business with. We highly recommend them.

Sunday afternoon service-only 1.5 hours between my initial call and the service technician having the problem fixed!  I love Fosters- have been a customer for 10 years and will never call anyone else for HVAC!!!

Fosters is always ready to solve our problems.  Whether it be a holiday a weekend or just a normal work day they come out fix what needs fixing and are very prompt about it.  All the technicians that have been to our house have been very nice and are always willing to answer our questions.  They also stand behind their work.
