  Foster Ref. Is a terrible. Rude and unclear. Took a month to service our microwave a year ago. We called for service again and were attacked on the phone. Cussed and told off. He asked us to clean the vents on the microwave which btw are cleaned daily in our business. We explained we have its still an issue. He told us to throw it out or find someone else since we told him our vents were clean. I have never delt with anyone in business so rude and horrible. Do not go here!!! Beware
