  This place is a joke!!!! They blew us off for two weeks and did not schedule a tech via phone or email. Then they call two weeks later after we found someone that had fixed the prior week. Now they send us a bill for services not rendered. They pushed our company off for weeks costing big money in our down time. They are failures in every aspect in my opinion, as well as criminal. Lets look at this situation... Client needs services, they scramble to get back up and running. They find someone available to fix. These guys find two week worth of excuses and think they should be paid. Simple phone call or email would have saved an alleged trip. A day late and a dollar short is not a winning move. I would stay far away from these guys. They will not show and send you a bill.

  Took a unit to them and requested they repair it completely. Took it home and quit working within a week. Took it back and was charged again for repairing the same thing they repaired the first time. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FAST!
