  The people who work for this company were reliable indeed. I called them on a Friday morning to ask if they could inspect my air conditioner. It broke just the other night, and I would be hosting a party the next day. Thankfully, they quickly responded to my call for help and asked me about the details. The guy I talked to over the phone was so patient and knowledgeable. I appreciated how he listened to everything I said and didn’t pressure me to do anything. I was even more relieved when they agreed to send a technician within the same day. The technician was brilliant. He got the unit working again in no time.
