  At the recommendation of my father-in-law, we looked for a company that could install a ductless mini-split system for heating and cooling. Derek came out to our house and was very thorough in explaining our options and laying out an initial plan for where installation would go. He also helped us understand our financing options and answered all of our questions completely as well as explained there was a shortage at the time. He even made sure we could use an electrician through them as we did not have one of our own! As soon as units were available, we were able to schedule installation. Lead Louis and team members Dan and Eli came for the unit installation. Louis was very organized, thorough, and fast and I liked the way he checked in on his team members and made sure they were doing okay or got what they needed. He made sure I was able to look over the invoice before they started to make sure everything was correct. Dan was friendly and worked incredibly hard on a difficult area of the wall that needed to be drilled through and even helped realign my stuck screen door while he was cleaning up. Eli was very polite and neat and did a great job on his section and made sure I got all of my paperwork for the unit before they left. They arrived first thing at 8 in the morning and worked all the way through the afternoon but were gone by 3:30. I love how neat and orderly everything looks after the job was finished, too! They put runners down to protect my carpet, closed screen doors to prevent flies from getting in while they were inside and out, swept up and discard any garbage before they left, and answered any and all questions I had. They also made sure to ask for my approval when problem-solving little things that came up along the way, like Dan's creative solution to run the gravity-fed drainage pipe directly into our rain gutter instead of down the other side of the house where the results could be disastrous for flooding if there were any issues. I was home alone (as a woman) and it was my first time doing something like this and I felt very safe. I also didn't feel patronized or talked down which can be a problem with other companies when speaking to the lady of the house instead of the husband. I greatly appreciated the electrician company they hired as well for me to do the project - they were also very prompt and friendly and doubled checked that I understood what they were doing and showed me their work before leaving. I thought it was very helpful for them to work on the project as a unit so that I did not have to try to explain everything to a new electrician I hired myself. We had to wait one extra day for another breaker that the electrician ordered right away when he realized - but everything is working great already! The units are very powerful and I already feel more comfortable! I can't wait to try the heating function as the temperatures are already starting to plummet. Thanks again for everything, guys!!!! Attached are images of the big unit in our living room, the smaller unit in our office, the drainage pipe into our rain gutter on our second floor porch, the covered lines running from both indoor units down to the outdoor unit, and the outdoor unit itself. Such nice straight lines!!!!

  David Woodlee came to my home on a Saturday to install our humidifier. He was on time and did a very clean and professional job. He gave me a great detailed description of how the system works. He was fantastic! I recommend using this company!

  We had the worst experience at 4 AM this morning, we woke up to a burst pipe. Once we got the water turned off and control of the situation, I started to google plumbing companies. Fort Collins heating and air had good reviews. As soon as they opened that morning I called them and told them of my needs. They had Zack Lewis at my house in about an hour to look at the repair job. He was prompt, thorough and very professional. He immediately found the problem, went out and got the parts he needed , came right back made the repair and then checked and waited to make sure there were no more leak issues. He answered all my questions, and left me feeling like I could sleep tonight and not worry about any more burst pipes in my house. What I was charged for that service was incredibly reasonable and made a horrible situation bearable. I’ve been recommending to everyone to go with this company for their plumbing needs.
