  Called Forester Tuesday and got an appointment for Friday even during the busy first cold week of the season. I just bought this house and thought the blower fan on our propane fireplace had quit working, Our technician came on time was friendly and respectful. Took covid precautions, and took great care to keep our house clean he put covers on his boots and a drop cloth down in front of the fire. Turns out nothing was wrong with the heater fan, someone turned the power switch off on accident. My boyfriend and I had checked everything except the power supply (still laughing at our simple oversight) Our technician was kind and honest he tried to make us feel better about the obvious mistake. Since we didn’t need repair work I asked if he could just service and do a routine maintenance on our fireplace. Which he did and he did a fantastic job. I appreciate the honesty of forester and their staff. They could have easily made money being dishonest the tech could have turned the power on and changed the fan out we would have never been wiser. But they didn’t. Forester definitely earned a repeat customer today I’m grateful for the wonderful honest and fast service!!

  We have used Forster since we purchased our home in 1997. Twenty seven years later we are still using Forster. The are reliable, honest and are reasonably priced. I couldn't have asked for more.

  Work was done promptly and efficiently. Adam and Mark provided a friendly and professional installation. Dan provided good pricing and follow up after the work was done. I have spent some time as a remodeling designer and so recognize a quality installation when I see one. Thanks to everyone at Forester including the courteous office staff.
