  Nothing but great things to say about Fogel's. We've been using them for 11 years since we moved to Pennsylvania and they've always been so helpful. There's been a few times I've run super low on oil and I've called them in the morning and by the time I get home from work they've already delivered my oil. Always willing to go the extra mile to make sure their customers have oil to heat their homes. Thank you to the kind women who answer the phones and take the order, and the drivers for always be willing to help. The drivers are always respectful to our property too.

  So far, not happy. Been without hot water for 6 days. Just didn't have the extra $85 for Emergency delivery. We live 5-6 miles away from them. They said they do not have trucks in my area till Monday. Ok? Ask about what time would delivery be? Was told they have not idea. That was last Tuesday. 11:30 today, Monday, I call to see if they might know. Still no idea. My one day off, it is 1:30 now. Still waiting....

  Judy, I'm sorry you were out of hot water for so long. I would suggest going on Automatic delivery and our budget plan, so this doesn't happen to you again. We offer 10, 11, and 12 month budget plans.

  Our furnace broke down in November and we had gotten four quotes, three of the four were well over $10,000. Some of the other companies were suggesting units that were overkill for our 1500 sq ft home. Curtis came out and was the only one to actually check how many radiators we had. His quote came back at least $2,000 less than the others and he suggested a unit that was better suited to our home (we switched from oil to natural gas for both heat and water heater). He and his crew (5 total techs!!) arrived on time and finished the replacement and removal of old furnance and oil tank in one day (and cleaned up)! It was pouring down rain and we needed to have a liner put in our chimney but this did not delay the job. We are very happy with the unit and the work performed. Definitely recommend!
