  Focus installed a new high efficiency a/c and heating system in my home. They showed up on time and completed all the work exactly as expected. The install crew was extremely compitent, polite, efficient, and most important, quiet. I hardly knew they were in my home. I am retired from the HVAC industry and recognize quality workmanship when I see it. These guys are the best of the best. If you need HVAC service, this is the company to call. I gave them 5 stars only because I could not give them 10. Thank you Focus. You're the best.

  Our heater died on the coldest day of the year and a Sunday to boot. At 9:00pm I called Focus and received a call back from one of the owners within 25 minutes. After a brief discussion of my system he was able to diagnose the probable repair, AND set up an appointment to have his staff here the next morning. The entire FOCUS team are professional, knowledgeable and treat their customers like family. Now stop reading this review and call them knowing you made the right choice.

  Focus was able to come out within hours of our call and repair our heater which went down as a result of a power surge. The tech was knowledgeable, friendly, and resolved the problem quickly. Highly recommend.
