  Flynns came right out when called, tried to resolve by adding coolant a few times, but had to get a whole new system installed. While waiting they brought a portable unit till the install date, which was so generous and deeply appreciated, they went above and beyond to help. Can't say enough for the technicians who were at my home, every one was so professional and polite.

  I was visiting my Dad from NC and had the AC go out during the night. I called Flynn's because their number was on the unit they installed. I could have used their emergency repair # but chose to wait the next business day. By 7:30 AM the next morning they had already had my info setup and they had the service tech (Robert) scheduled for 9:30 AM. He arrived 5 min before the scheduled time and quickly diagnosed the issue... circuit board time delay... and was able to bypass temporarily until the warranty parts arrive. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I was very happy with their Service. He tripled checked everything before he left...cycled unit, scanned ducts for temp, etc. I will definitely refer them to others while I'm in FL.
