  I want to express my thanks and appreciation to the people at Flow-Tech Air Conditioning Co. Marco, the owner, came and evaluated the situation and was very knowledgible and patient in explaining all that needed to be done. It was a big job because of water damage caused by some roof damage. All the ducts had to be removed and replaced and the air handler removed and improved. The workers were very capable, caring, careful and kind. They explained and answered all questions and made what was a difficult situation for us so much easier. They coordinated very well with the company replacing the walls and ceilings so each one could do their work. I would, and have already enthusiastically recommended Flow Tech. The people in the office are also very pleasant and sweet and answer any questions. Thanks for all your help. Joanette

  My previous AC person created a mess in June that I couldn't get him to correct in all this time. I got tired of empty promises and a leaking unit. Radael was on time, saw the unit from the hall (door open to accommodate bucket and pan) and immediately knew the problem and how to resolve it. Within 3 hours he'd seen, diagnosed and I approved the estimate for the job. What a delight after 8 months of excuses. I am looking forward to the problem being resolved efficiently and professionally.
