  I had Flour Bluff A/C replace my home hvac unit. They did a terrible job. The unit that was installed appeared to be a dent and scratch unit. The upstairs unit continues to leak water. Doug came out 3 times trying to fix the water problem and never could. He wanted to spray foam the inside of the unit and I ended up telling him to leave because I knew that wasn’t the correct thing to do. I ended up hiring another company to check Doug’s poor workmanship and found out a permit was needed with the city. City came out and inspected the unit and he failed the inspection.

  Very honest, professional and reliable company. Douglas is very knowledgeable and dependable. Douglas is also very responsive as I needed services right away, he arrived soon after our call! I will continue to use this company for any future AC and heating needs.
