  We received same day service on our furnace (which was very unexpected). Matt S. was the tech that arrived. He was on time, friendly, informative, and took his time explaining services available to us that would benefit our home & occupants. Will definitely use Florida Air for my future services and preventative maintenance. Customer service was top notch from the office scheduler to the service tech.
