  People are quick to trash a company and slow to offer praise. I’m generally one of those people. However , Floral Park HVAC is a company that was great from scheduling an appt to completion of inspection and analysis of issues. I cannot say enough about their service and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Lifelong Floral Park resident

  I could not say enough stuff about this company. I had issues with my central A/C since I bought my home last year. Knowing that I was trying to hold out before getting a new unit, they came out on two occasions and did repairs to buy me more time. They were very understanding and caring. Finally this past Monday I got a new central A/C unit installed. They sold me a unit that was much more efficient then my current one. I see drastic changes with my meter turning. Not only was the owner Bill a man of his word, he was there to help with the install. Horace, Jeff and Bill together installed my unit in record time and fixed previous mistakes other contractors made. They were very prompt, neat, professional and caring. If all companies worked liked them, life would be easier. I recommend this company to anyone looking for AC or heat service or installations. They are Super and know what they are doing. Bill is running a very professional company and the workers are great!!!!!!

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ABSOLUTE CROOKS! We have an AC unit installed last year, which was no properly installed and have been having issues since it was put it. The company refuses to take responsibility for undersizing and is blaming it on the "house having too much heat upstairs". I am absolutely furious with this company and would NEVER EVER EVER EVER refer them to anyone. DO NOT USE THEM. They have been rude and disrespectful to both my wife and I which has been so unprofessional. They have talked down to me when they are here because they dont want to admit that something is wrong with the way they set up the air. **UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO THE COMPANIES RESPONSE TO ME** As everyone can see this is the exact unprofessional treatment you can expect by this company. Instead of apologizing and stating that there is a problem they continue to fight, mock me by stating things like “I’m crying on google” when I call them constantly to tell them my problems, and make excuses. Extremely unprofessional and degrading. In regards to the filters, that I still have yet to receive or have been installed, I called because once again a technician came to the house and told me that no filters in the returns could be causing us to have the upstairs be sweltering hot at night. Filters were supposed to be installed when the unit was first installed and I was told by the owner he didn’t have any in his truck so he was going to drop them off, which never happened. I will no longer be contacting this company for any work will would never refer them to anyone.

  In response to Mr Meszaros, the unit was not undersized, he has central air on the second floor and a wall mounted mini split on the first floor, Both units operate differently. the units both have a 10 year warranty, that we have honored for the last year since it has been installed, and will continue to honor it for the rest of the 9 years on the warranty. we have been to the house a few times for some concerns of his, some a valid reason for us to go to his house, some were not valid reasons, But we continue to go to his house for what ever he needs. Even after he posted this review, he once again called me for filters for his house, and once again, we delivered them to him, and free filters are not part of the deal. Instead of Mr. Meszaros spending time to cry on google, he should call and discuss his problem with the company, to take care of his concerns.
