  So happy to have this new company on the mountain. Their customer service was great. We really appreciated Nick ,the technician that came to our home. He had everything fixed very quickly and always showed up exactly when he said he would. Our house is nice and warm now!

  I've heard nothing but good stories from this company. From the great prices they offer to the friendly environment they possess. I stopped by their store one afternoon to shop around and found some great tools for great prices. They also have a wide selection of statues to choose from. My wife wants a couple of the lighthouse statues. The employees answered all the questions I had for them. The lady at the cash register was very nice. Definitely recommend this company for service as well. Great prices and great quality work.

  I have used Flatts Heating & AC for quite a few years. Having rental homes it's important for fast service, this is your guy. Very prompt, efficient and trustworthy. He doesn't sell you things that you don't need. Love this guy.
