  Our heat pump unit stopped working at the hottest part of the season. I called FixIt Comfort Crew because of how near they were to my home and their website saying they had 24 hour repair service. With two small children it was really important to me to get my house cool enough for them to sleep comfortably. I spoke to Tammy within the first few rings and Pete came out shortly there after to look at the system. Pete was pleasant, knowledgeable, and honest. He was able to diagnose the issue within the first few minutes. Due to the size of my unit he did not have the part on him. However, his wife and daughter picked them up in Wichita and Pete came back a few hours later and installed it with no additional charge. Amazing service for knowledgeable people. On top of everything else he took the time to talk to the home warranty people to insure that I spent as little of my own money as possible. In short. Highest recommendations for some of the best service I have ever received.
