  Traffic backed up? Thank Five Star for driving three trucks, in a row, in the left lane, completely blocking any opportunity to pass. Maybe I’m just bitter for them changing lanes directly into me while they were trying to get to the left lane, and the fact they went immediately to the left lane, blocked traffic for 5-6 miles, then cross led all lanes of traffic again for a right exit. The reviews indicate I’m not the only one who experienced their bad driving. Well unless Georgianna’s review gets removed again…

  I posted a negative review last night (now taken down) due to dangerous driving by one of this company’s technicians. The next morning Bella, of this company, contacted me. We discussed the issue, and she said it would be addressed. She was very concerned about the dangerous driving. I am so impressed that this company cared enough to reach out to me, and to address this issue, even though I am not a customer. Clearly, the folks who run this company are very responsible and care about the community. Should I need heating or AC service in this future, I will definite call this company!
