  Very professional, knowledgeable, and kind! Mark came and quickly installed a new air handler with no muss and no fuss. Although the full installation had to wait a few days, Mark set me up with a free temporary heating solution to tide me over. Everything looks great and works great. Thanks!

  I could not be more grateful and appreciative to Mark and his crew for going above and beyond to make sure I stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer.   I called Mark about a new unit that was freezing up. The company that installed it was not returning my calls. Mark said he was slammed but he could be here between 6-8 pm. and that there was no extra fees for after hours. I was impressed!!!! Five Star will have all of my future business. Thank you Day 2 Mark showed up at 6 PM just like he said he would. Repaired the HVAC and we now have AC. I found Mark to be a honorable man that is true to his word. If you're thinking about using Five Star I would not hesitate.
