  This company is a joke. It seems like their only business is through American home Shield because they somehow were able to become vendors. They're business number is a personal cell that has a full inbox so you can't leave a message and if they do answer, it's a mumbled 'hello'. They didn't show on during their scheduled 3 hour time frame and never called or answered to let us know what time they would be to our home or if they were even showing up. There is no sense of urgency with this company; they took 4 days to submit a diagnostic to our warranty company, and that only happened with continuous calls. If you'd like your AC repaired in a timely manner or at all, call a different company.

  I apologize for the service. If you called during lunch hours we transfers calls to senor technician that’s why he answered you with a hello. And did not took 4 days to submit diagnostic, you can verified with AHS. Thank you for your review.

  I have been calling and leaving voice mail every 30 minutes but there has been no response at all. I had a 10am appointment that YOU set but no one has arrived. NO ONE HAS CALLED TO CONFIRM OR REPORT THAT THEY ARE RUNNING LATE. NO ONE HAS EVEN HAD THE PROFESSIONALISM TO ADMIT THEY FORGOT THEIR OWN APPOINTMENT. NO ONE HAS ATTEMPTED TO RESCHEDULE. NO ONE HAS APOLOGIZED. NO ONE WILL EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED MY VOICE MAIL. I also left messages using the app. I haven't received acknowledgement from that either. If i could give this company ZERO stars, I would. They have had us on hold for a MONTH with no AC, a disabled person and a newborn baby I the house. The ONLY reason I don't just go with someone else is that our home warranty company chose this company and sent them our parts for our AC, which they are holding hostage. Do NOT use this company. Save yourself the time, effort, and frustration!!

  They always f/u and have someone available within a few hours each time I've called. We were helped by Jesus and of course you expect to pay a pretty penny when it comes to AC repairs but he is so helpful with answering questions, advice and tips to keep things running it made the process a lot easier. Unlike the other two companies I tried prior who were going to charge me double for what he did today. Thanks!
