  Polite, helpful, knowledgeable! Thank you to Matt for helping me with my will-call order, and pointing out a detail I missed which saved me a ton of time and hassle later on! He could've just let me be on my merry way, but he went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

  Walked in today and waited for service not a big deal, then the next guy walks in gets served before me, okay it happens. But when the third guy in line is waiting and the guy behind the counter says Okay your paying attention ill will wait on you, very unprofessional and rude, the other nice guy behind the counter helped me finally. This is part of the reason i go to Fergusons and its just a better all around experience.

  AJ, I want to extend my apologies for the experience you had at our counter this week. Things are a little chaotic right now while we work to relocate the counter area.
