  First Degree diagnosed and repaired major heat and hot water issues in our new home. Mike and Jimmy replaced faulty thermostats and ran a diagnostic on our radiant heat. Rhys and Taylor then came in and fixed and adapted our water heather without replacing it. They also ran diagnostic tests to determine what needed to be done to fix the radiant heat in 2 main rooms. Mike Sullivan took the time to explain everything and coordinated the guys. They promptly came 3 separate times over a week and a half to resolve the issues timely.

  We couldn't be more pleased and overly satisfied with First Degree!! From our first meeting to the final completion - their customer service was always prominent. They were easy to speak with, always called you back, and the work they did has been life changing. They suggested and installed 2 zones into our house and it dramatically reduced our energy costs while making our house the perfect degree winter/summer! We would highly recommend First Degree. We are grateful for all they have done!

You won't find a company who cares more then they do, down to earth owners who do their very best. Both the products they use and customer service are phenomenal!
