  I contacted First Class on a Saturday during an August heat wave because the fan on the outdoor AC unit was not running. They were able to send a technician, Carlos, out on the same day and he was able to fix the electrical problem causing the issue. He was professional, knowledgeable, and persisted in investigating the problem until it was fixed. They also charged a very reasonable price for their services. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend First Class to my friends and neighbors. Thank you First Class!

  Placed a call for an issue with fan still running while air unit was off. Tech was able to assist me over phone without a house visit nor a labor charge. It was a simple issue to fix over phone in minutes. I definitely learned something. Immensely appreciated. Great job!

  Keith and his Crew are truly "First Class". I can not say enough about this highly professional and knowledgeable team. We utilize them for both our business and home; they are trustworthy and honest. I would not utilize anyone else 😁
