  I'm really happy I hired First Choice to install my new Heating, AC, Thermostat and Hot Water Heater as it's been a great experience from the start. From sales, technicians, permit process and customer service I'm really pleased with their professionalism and quality work. They keep to the planned schedule and everyone is courteous. Very minor issues were dealt with quickly and seamlessly as they are really customer focused. That's such an important quality. I'm not much of a review writer, but it was the customer reviews that initially led me to this company. So hope this helps someone.

  I want to say I called First Choice and the owner happened to answer. He was the nicest guy on the phone and scheduled us in his book so fast for a estimate when it was freezing out while he was so backed up with other costumes ahead of us. Ed the owner was able to make the time to get over to our house 🏠 and check things out the very next day. We ended up doing business with him right away and we are so happy we did. Not only did he install everything the very next day but the service was the best we ever experienced. His staff was outstanding they were so informative about every step by step of the process during the installation. And I got to tell you They we’re very fast at the same time as being professional. We cannot even hear the heat or air turn on that’s how quite the models are that First Choice uses. And the electric and gas bills are about half of what they were before with the old system we had. We couldn’t be more comfortable. Thank you, First Choice

  Omar was my technician and he did a wonderful job in a timeline and professional way. Omar performed an initial diagnostics visit to assess the problem and tried to repair then. Unfortunately, a part was needed and he had to order it and return 2 days later. He kept open communication at all times. Very professional and trustworthy service overall. Very happy with Omar and First Choice Heating and Cooling!
