  I am extremely pleased with the service I have received from First Call. We had to have our heat pump replaced and they were here on time and done about 4 hours later. Chris, the tech that came out to give the estimate as well as replace the unit was very polite and walked me through every step of the process. I will be recommending you guys to everyone that I can think of. Thank you for everything

  These guys were great. Had an issue with my walk in cooler at Evill Nash Brewing Co and they were the first to respond and had it diagnosed quickly. With it being an older unit some parts had to be special ordered. They had them next day and installed quick in and in a hurry. Now the walk in is chilling again and they literally saved hundreds of gallons of beer...not all heroes wear capes, and these guys definitely saved the day. Cheers!

  This company has been a complete blessing to me. They have always been very professional, knowledgeable and Honest!! It is very hard to find a company you can trust and not worry that you are being taken advantage of. I have called them when many other local companies said I needed an entire new unit. That was years ago and once they came out and fixed the small issue my unit is still running today without buying a new one. I would recommend this to company over any other.
