  My partner found them and asked them to quote a new AC for our house. We always read lots of reviews before having a company out and they were top notch. As a picky, middle-aged engineer I suspect I am more difficult to please than most. I expect things to be installed correctly and to function properly, but I also look for craftsmanship. It's a dying art and many companies neglect it because it cuts into their profits. Time is money and most would rather do things quickly, get paid and get out. It's also something I no longer expect, but I am pleased when I come across it. First Call was an awesome surprise.

  I was very impressed by my entire experience with First Call Heating & Air Conditioning Service. The representative that came to my home for the estimate was knowledgeable and answered all the questions that I had. He helped me choose the perfect system for my home. The installers were equally impressive. Their attention to detail, technical expertise and high standard of excellence was wonderful to see. I have a duplex home. The new system was installed in my tenant apartment. I'm no longer constantly turning the temperature up and down to feel comfortable. It is bright and easy to read even without my glasses. Thank you for a great job!

  When our boiler pump began leaking water, I called First Call Heating & Air Conditioning Service. Someone was sent out that day to make a diagnosis. He recommended that a new pump be installed, and he did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Throughout the process, we worked with the same Tech, who was extremely professional. Communication was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again in the future if I needed his services, and you shouldn't either!
