  Terrible customer service, although the actual repair seems to be working so far. My dishwasher panel was broken, so they ordered a replacement part and said it would arrive in a few weeks. I didn't hear from them for a month so I called and asked for an update - they told me they'd call me back the next day. They didn't. I called again a few days later and the same thing happened. Then incredibly, I called a third time after never hearing back, and the agent literally promised they would actually call back later that day with an update and apologized for the other agents dropping the ball. They never called back. Finally, two months after ordering the part, they call me out of the blue at 3:30pm and say someone will come by sometime between 5:00pm-7:00pm that evening to install the part. At 8:00pm, no one has come or made any contact with me, so I call. The agent tells me the repairman has just started a different job 45 minutes away and wouldn't be able to make it until 9pm. Wow. I tell them that's too late, so they reschedule it for 12pm-2pm the next day. No one shows up until 3pm. The repairman mumbles a half-hearted apology about being busy with other customers.

  My experience with First Appliance Repair was seamless. My dishwasher malfunctioned, I call for a service call and they fix it after ordering the damaged part. They run their business in a professional manner and I will definitely use them again!

  First off I want to say thank you First Appliance Repair for having such an excellent employee like Jason. Jason is a man of his word, he’s compassionate and hard working. I just went grocery shopping and all of my food was about to go bad but Jason got my freezer and refrigerator up and running in a timely matter which I really appreciated. I am going to recommend first appliance repair to all my friends and tell them to ask for Jason, thank you Jason I really really thank you from the bottom of my heart. More companies need to hire professional and trustworthy employees like Jason it makes things a lot better.
