  I am still waiting 10 weeks later for my install of my new fireplace, the custom door must be taking way too much time, not sure how much longer we will wait for delivery service, thought it would be 6-8 weeks but now 10 weeks and no install date yet to date 2-1-2022- its just the way the world is right now cant get anything done in a timely manner, if you cant get the goods it simply cant be done. The sale in house was very good and the service at the store was very good, just can not get the merchandise.

  I live on Seneca Lake and had them convert an open fireplace to propane. Installation went perfectly. The remote control stopped working a few months later. They sent me another control and it never got delivered. They promptly sent me another and it works perfectly. I wholeheartedly recommend these folks as they stood behind the product. BRAVO!!!

  Cody, the General Manager, gave me an hour of his time, patiently explaining everything I needed to know about modern wood stoves. They have a nice selection of display models. I won't hesitate to buy here.
