  Very honest and dependable. I like that they were up front with me and even worked around my schedule to get my heat back to work. Thank you so much. I was strongly recommend this company. Mr.Baker. Great outstanding customer service.

  I wanted to see if my strange looking thermostat could be replaced, as I cannot set it to shut off at any designated temperature. It just keeps running, until I shut the system off. Anyway, the service fella explained that he did not have an exact replacement for it, couldn't switch it out with another, but would check with his supervisor to get further information and would get back to me. That was five days ago--still waiting for that "get back to me" thing. In the meantime I just keep doing what I've been doing.....
