We’ve now used Fire & Ice 3 times in the past year. Needed a minor repair the first time, called back to service the unit a couple months later, and now they just finished roughing in our new install while building. They have been very professional, responsive, and informative from the beginning. I will continue calling Fire & Ice for any heating/cooling needs.

The people representing Fire and Ice Heating and Air were professional, friendly and patiently answered all my questions. When they discovered that the part was covered by warranty, they handled communications with the manufacturer. When the part arrived, the company scheduled an appointment. The service crew arrived at the appointed time and handled the task quickly. I am a very satisfied customer!

I saw Fire and Ice heating and cooling company advertised on Facebook. I immediately responded and Brittany called me back for an appointment for someone to come give me an estimate. Christian came out and gave an estimate which was considerably less than any estimate that I had received before. I was so impressed with the estimate and Christian‘s demeanor that I decided immediately to have them do the work and I approved the estimate. That was on December 2, and today they came to install my new heating and air system in a little bit less than four hours and also installed two new vents in a sunroom and they had to do considerable work on that . Their work is professional top grade and I would recommend them to anyone.
