My experience with Finzel's Heating and Cooling was very positive from start to finish. They replaced our old furnace and also installed a smart thermostat. The three installers arrived on time and completed all work by mid-afternoon, including: full clean-up, haul-away of the old furnace and scrap material, and a thorough explanation of how to use the new products. Kudos to Kristy, Adam, Alex, Ty, and Derek for their responsiveness, professionalism, product knowledge, and courtesy. I highly recommend Finzel’s and will be contacting them for any future heating and cooling needs. 5 Stars!

We just had a new furnace and A/C unit installed by Finzel’s. The crew did a great job. Very good company to deal with. They are fair, do the job right and communicate very well. I highly recommend them for any heating cooling issues or needs you may have.

Called Finzel’s after another contractor came out and diagnosed our furnace with a cracked heat exchanger and left us with a quote to replace the heat exchanger ($2000) or outright replace the whole unit ($5000). Adam arrived promptly and diligently took the time to properly confirm the crack in the heat exchanger, which he could not find!! He got the furnace running and confirmed the outlet temperatures from the heat exchanger were no where near the upper trip limit and saved me from getting ripped off. Problem was a cracked ignitor and dirty filter. Thanks again Adam!!
